Alexa, set alarm on Sunday wakeup call at 10 am. Sunday, the day of rest and relaxed. Whole weekdays we keep on chasing after the wealth, relationship and all worldly pleasure. Loaded with full of worries and anxiety. some of the worries about failed relationship or financial problem. One’s body, mind is working mode. The profession is our life. In this process in long run physical vitality and mental strength starts deteriorate. Perhaps some we unable to figure out the real purpose of life. Time is very cruel. It keeps tick tock and moves on. Time will come when body stop taking commands from the brain and collapsed. Then started realizing how we ill-treated our own. By this time, one might have earned a handsome amount of saving for oneself. Suddenly everything became useless, when your own body stop aligning with your fast-moving life. The insecurity for physical fitness start growing. Yes, there is medical insurance, there is pension plan. Everything you might have successfully deigned and planned. Is that going to save us? From the beginning we have been conditioned subconsciously to study hard for best education which can pay off handsome pay in young. So that we can fulfilled our living in aged. Fear for the future, lost the present. The mindset of seeking more and more only landed in discontentment. Depreciating the most valued commodity we are having our own. we never cared until and unless we get large medical bill. The way we wait for Sunday to come, the way a child waited to reach adult, an adult to became aged, why not we give some time to celebrate being alone everyday to look inside. What restricting us to invest on the most valued things we are having. Mind is intangible but who carries it tangible. So, all tangible asset has depreciation.one should work from the beginning. Nothing is more valued than our Physical body. None is going to take your physical pain. No way we are better today, we all living in illusion. That’s why in Bhajagovindam Adi Shankaracharya : “यावद्वित्तोपार्जनसक्त स्तावन्निजपरिवारो रक्तः । पश्चाज्जीवति जर्जरदेहे वार्तां कोऽपि न पृच्छति गेहे ॥ So long as a man is fit and able to support his family, see what affection all those around him show. But no one at home cares to even have a word with him when his body totters due to old age. Earlier Saints used to live in forests with limited food. They only have one focus towards the soul upliftment. They do meditate in isolation or in their cave. They hardly go to the hospital; they look younger than a normal person. They leave this world own their own. They always having dynamic energy on themselves. They do not care for outside world, they always busy looking within themselves. They are much more courageous and powerful compare to a normal person today. Hell, or heaven within us. Happiness does not come for striving for anything. It only comes through when you free your mind from fear and suffering. Deep inside us there is enormous strength to control. Stop looking around, look inside. Be independent of physically, mentally, emotionally. Investing in oneself is the best investment ever one can make. Synchronize your body, mind and soul regularly. Give sometime to yourself. Keep isolated for an hour a day, and do window-shopping inside you. Little by little become a lot. To live the fullest one sutra “look at the rising sun and dwell with moon starry sky in the evening.’’ You will be a new man every day. While adopting this will help live gracefully every single day.

Conclusion

Waiting time for Sunday over. Eventually became the most joyful, dynamic and contented people of this world.
